I saw these on the side of the road and couldn’t help but stop and take a picture of them today. They just made me smile and brightened by whole day. Such a delicate, tiny flower. Lovely.
I love this plant for two reasons… One: I haven’t killed it yet. Two: It smells awesome! Number one reason us the best one though, because I usually can’t keep a plant alive to save myself!
I remember the hours I would spend making friendship bracelets… Stealing the embroidery floss from my mother’s stash. I rediscovered them this week on my amblings through pinterest and I started making this one for my nine year old daughter. If she ever finishes her homework tonight, I’ll start during her how to make them too.
I snapped this picture whilst on my way to dropping DD#1 off for her day at the farm. It just seemed so peaceful. The picture does not do it justice.
